New Genesis

Founded in Denver in 1986, New Genesis is the only Denver area homeless program for working people. Designed out of a need to more successfully improve the lives of the homeless, New Genesis provides a stable environment, helping people get off the streets and back into society. New Genesis emphasizes a proactive resident care management program and outlines specific behavioral objectives for residents, including the ability to live a more productive and independent life, maintain a job and help improve the lives of other residents. Residents are required to be substance free and hold a full time job.

New Genesis works to provide more than emergency services to the homeless; each year, we assist over 1,500 people off the streets and back into a fully productive lifestyle.

Cherry Creek Presbyterian

For many, worship style is the most important aspect of choosing a church. For some, the word “liturgy” brings to mind stuffy, boring Sunday services that seem to last forever.

If that’s your perspective, we want to change your mind. At Cherry Creek Pres, we embrace a model of living liturgy that emphasizes celebration and community – because worshipping God is never boring. We love liturgy because it enables our worship services to be meaningful, intentional, and rich. Learn more about each element of our Sunday services in our Worship Guide.

Our Sanctuary seats 900 and is designed traditionally with a pipe organ, full choir loft, stained glass windows and high ceilings. This beautiful setting inspires our worship as the voices of the choir soar through the space. But you’ll find that, while we worship in a High-Church setting, we value friendly, casual community. When you make your home at Cherry Creek Pres, you and your family will find life-long friends and a loving, supportive community.
